Hull City Council have confirmed that part of Wawne Road (Directly outside of Kingswood Academy between the two roundabouts) will be closed for urgent road surfacing repairs commencing 26th March to coincide with school Easter holidays. It is estimated that the road will be closed for 2 weeks.
The emergency access road will be open from Kesteven Way to Bude Road (through Foredyke Green) during this period managed by a traffic light system.

The traffic light system which is currently on the link road (Kesteven Way to Richmond Lane) should be removed imminently and well before this closure takes place.

Can we know when this road will be done as every time i pass no one is working on it.
I understand roads has to be repaired but it is more frustrating when no one is there. What is going on please
